Join Justine & Beth for a deeply nourishing Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing Ceremony 🌕✨Each month, we gather in sacred circle to honor the energy of the full moon- just as our ancestors have done for generations- inviting release, renewal, and reconnection.
Justine will guide you through a gentle, heart-centered yoga flow, woven with intuitive astrology insights to align your practice with the lunar energy. Her guidance creates space to soften, reflect, and move with intention.
Beth will hold a healing soundscape throughout the entire session, serenading the space with the ethereal tones of Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, Zaphir chimes, pyramids, drums, and other sacred instruments. The vibrations are designed to support deep nervous system relaxation and energetic harmony.
The evening will close with an extended sound healing savasana, where you are invited to fully surrender into the healing frequencies- allowing the sound to wash through you, restoring balance on a cellular level and leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
This 75-minute experience is a beautiful opportunity to pause, receive, and align with the lunar cycle in a supportive and intentional space.
