Join us for a nourishing evening of Full Moon Yoga beneath the Worm Moon, the March full moon named for the thawing earth and the quiet return of life beneath the soil. As winter loosens its grip, the Worm Moon invites renewal, patience, and trust in what is beginning to stir—both in nature and within ourselves.
This outdoor practice will be slow, grounding, and intentional, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you shed heaviness and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. We’ll honor the transition from rest to renewal, creating space for clarity, intention, and embodied presence under the glow of the moon.
Expect a practice that feels supportive, reflective, and deeply regulating—an opportunity to breathe fresh air, feel the earth beneath you, and welcome the subtle promise of spring.
