Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us at Xhale Yoga Studio for a night of relaxation and rejuvenation under the full moon's energy. This full moon in Leo brings forth healing energies of love and passion, helping us remove blockages and break free from old emotional patterns. This event is a unique opportunity to connect with yourself and the universe around you. We will be doing a special blend of journaling, aromatherapy, yoga & sound healing.

Come immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, ocean waves, chimes and other instruments as you let go of stress and tension.

No experience is necessary, just come with an open heart and mind. We can't wait to share this magical experience with you!
