Welcome to **Full Moon Yoga and Sound Healing with Papa Guru and Friends**! Join us at **InterContinental Miami, an IHG Hotel** for a rejuvenating experience under the full moon. Each month we have a Theme driven by the Moon. In the month of October we will honor the Hunter's Full Moon. It is a time to harvest for the winter. Will invoke that etheral lunar energy with a relaxing yoga session led by Papa Guru, followed by a sound healing session by One of the many talented Sound Healers. Healing Sound Bath
Each month we feature a local sound healer to take you to higher states of consciousness, bliss and ecstasy.
Sound Yoga, Nada Yoga, Mantra Chanting purifies our energy channels. Removing blockages, allowing us to more fully express our true selves. Come and experience it for yourself.

This Month we have Richard Brookens purifying our energy channels with his healing sound bowls and Gongs.
Richard Brookens has taught Yoga for 26 years, has been a professional woodwind musician for 50 years, is an exerienced Thai Yoga practioner and has been holding Space for Sound Baths since 2000.

Tarra is a music producer, DJ, and a fitness coach based in Miami, Florida. She is deeply inspired by creating sounds that match the energy of the group and the teacher. Her tribal beats will wake up the spirit of joy and exploration. Love working with Tarra, she gets me and our communication is seemless and that cooperation brings about a unique and rewarding experience to the Yogi.
