Join Lindsey Young at Amalaya Yoga for a Yin Sound Bath as we align our practices with the full flower moon.
We will begin our session a 40 minute yin yoga practice, then you will be guided into a 20 minute sound bath savasana with a 7 chakra set of quartz crystal singing bowls.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. This allows the effects to access the “yin” tissues, connective tissue and facia.
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience. Enjoy this time to rest, restore, and renew as the sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls bring you to a state of harmony.
