Full Moon Yin Sound Bath Ceremony

November Full Moon represents illumination and time to be in the spotlight and full cycle and reflection.November's Full Moon is the Beaver Moon.

A time to begin to follow the path of nature to notice your own reflection and begin your internal and external environment clearing to truly prepare to be with one's self for many months.

The full moon ceremony will start with 2 journal prompts, a brief time to share, a meditation followed by your Yin yoga practice accompanied by sound experience.Throughout your entire journey Cassandra will be playing various sound healing instruments as she guides you through the full moon ceremony.

Please bring your yoga mat (a limited number are available to borrow at the studio) and water; all other items (journal, etc.) are included!

No prior yoga experience necessary.
