Yin Yoga uses long-held, supported poses to gently increase circulation in the joints and target the deep connective tissues — ligaments, fascia, and the subtle energetic body.
Yin invites the body to access deeper layers where stored tension and emotional residue can be softened, released, and healed.
Following our Yin practice, you’ll be guided into a mini Yoga Nidra — yogic sleep — a profoundly restorative state where the nervous system resets and the body integrates deep healing.
You’ll be lovingly settled in by candlelight as Mert bathes the room in soothing sound healing using:
