Take the first tender steps out of the long, dark winter on this Full Snow Moon and gather together to celebrate ✨🌕 ✨Imbolc is a time of newness, fresh starts, and honors the liminal energy…the space and threshold between winter and spring. Imbolc holds profound lessons for how we navigate change in our own lives. It reminds us that growth often begins in subtle, unseen ways, and that embracing these transitions can lead to transformation.

It is often called an “Inward Holiday” and our full moon circle we will have an easy little ritual to celebrate this.

Sage smoke bathing, welcoming ceremony, aromatherapy, meditation, a space for sharing or just listening, these circles are a beautiful way to honour the changing seasons, the moon and earth’s rhythms, and our selves. And we always end with chocolate Savasana! ❤️🍫
