Join us for some more full moon magic in Millendreath 🌚✨️Winter is a wonderful and necessary time to slow down and rest, to give ourselves the best bloom potential come spring 🌱 And every month the full moon presents a powerful opportunity for us to connect to nature, and take some time to pause, reflect and maybe shed a layer or two 🐺
These monthly evenings promise time for you to experience these things in the company of other like-minded and lovely souls 🧡 past events have been really special and we are so looking forward to creating more 🥰
Together we will...
⭕️ Gather in circle
👩🏻🏫 Learn a little about the significance of each full moon
🧘🏽♀️ Move and settle our bodies into rest through breathwork, yoga and nidra
💙 Embody the hot + cold magic of the sauna + water, with options to sea dip, cold plunge, or roll around in the grass
🔥 Enjoy fire outdoors
🍊 Nourish ourselves with whole foods + hot tea
