Welcome the Full Moon with Tea, Meditation and Community!Join me at Vito's Tea House for this very special event. Space is limited to 8 participants, so sign up early!
Enjoy a simple yoga practice for the hands, shoulders and neck. This practice will be followed by a sensory-based tea mediation using the bowl style method of brewing.
Amy at Vito's Tea House has selected a beautiful loose leaf tea especially for this full moon. If you've not experienced bowl tea, this will be a wonderful, accessible introduction. If you're familiar with the practice, you'll enjoy a laidback version of this style of tea brewing. Come with beginner's mind 🙂.
You'll end your tea practice with an option for journaling, quiet sipping, and/or community sharing.
Pre-registration and payment is required.* $20 fee includes tea meditation guidance, journaling prompts as well as a tea sample to take home and enjoy in your next personal tea meditation practice.
