Join us in community for a healing gathering surrounded by Nature starting with a Sunset Stretch, followed by Breathwork, then a sensory Forest Bathing walk ending in tea ceremony. We will be practicing gentle flowing Qi Gong stretches under the sunset promoting flowing movement to harmonize breath, body, & energy. This will be followed by focussed grounding breathwork to ease right into our Forest Bathing walk to further bring us home to ourselves in a magical, calming, & enchanting way. We will focus on our senses & our surroundings to become one with the healing energy of the trees & plants. Limited Spaces. Reservation is required. Not for children under 11 years old. RSVP TODAY!
