Join us for an (almost) full moon soundbath. This February it falls at 10.09pm on 1st but we still see this Snow Moon for the 2nd too!! We settle onto our mats with a pillow, blanket and eye pillow, follow the gentle meditation to settle the mind and body.
Then letting the sounds of the crystal bowls bathe over the body, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system, our feel safe mechanism to kick in. The mind slows and the body follows.
Enjoy deep rest & relaxation before we gently wake to enjoy a hot drink and sweet treat.
Please note that soundbaths are not suitable for people with the following;
