Join us in the studio under the glow of the full moon for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal.As you settle in and relax under candlelight, in our reclining chairs, the sweet aroma of Palo Santo will fill the air as it cleanses your energy field, while the tranquil melodies of soft sounds echo throughout the room. We will begin the session with a grounding guided meditation and gentle breathwork, followed by shamanic drumming to release stagnant energies and induce relaxation.
The journey will proceed with the powerful resonance of crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to the body’s energy centers (chakras), creating a harmonic vibration that:
- Releases tension, stress, and stagnant energy
- Harmonizes, balances, and aligns your body
- Deepens meditation and grounding
- Supports healing and emotional release
- Resets the nervous system
The session will end with gentle chimes and mindful breath- guiding you back from your journey.
At the conclusion of the evening, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you, under the full moon, in a sacred fire release ceremony—creating space for intentions, manifestations, and new beginnings.
Dark chocolate and bottled water will be provided.
Every guest will receive a positive affirmation card to take home.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Simply wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, eye mask, etc). You are welcome to bring crystals for cleansing/charging.
Limited space available. Due to the size of the event- no cancellations/refunds will be given. In the event of an emergency or illness- please contact us to receive a credit for a future session.
* Note for those with mobility restrictions- our studio is located on the second floor with no elevator access.
