Art & Meditation ~ A Fusion of Meditation & Mindful Painting Journey into the crossroads of sacred space, ancient Tibetan teachings, consciousness, and childlike wonder.
Feel your mind expand as we fuse meditation with mindful painting, transforming every brushstroke into a radiant expression of presence.
In this introductory meditation class you will learn to:
* Open your heart with a guided Dzogchen meditation that ignites your field of awareness. (Dzogchen, often called the "Great Perfection", is revered as the apex of Buddhist teachings- offering the most direct route to recognizing our true nature and unveiling the deepest layers of consciousness.)
* Unleash intuition and color as you transfer inner clarity onto blank canvas.
* Experiment with mindful painting techniques designed to strengthen steady, luminous attention.
* Shed self-judgment and celebrate each brushstroke as an act of pure discovery.
All essential supplies await you: acrylic paint, brushes, blank canvas, and sacred space.

About the Host/Instructor:
Nikki Davis is a contemplative, spiritual guide, meditation coach and certified Qigong instructor whose lifelong devotion to nature, meditation, and creative expression continues to shape her path.
Formerly an ecologist and National Geographic photographer, her love of nature and meditation led her to study Qigong, Tai Chi, Dzogchen, Reiki, and many other ancient wisdom and alchemical traditions.
Since 2014, she’s shared her knowledge as a certified Qigong instructor, weaving movement, breath, mindfulness, and her love of tea into experiential workshops.
As author-illustrator of “My Emotions Are Not Me”, Nikki empowers kids and adults to navigate the oceans of emotion through mind-body connection with nature, breath, and art.
A neurodivergent mom, she hopes to guide others on a journey of inner transformation and connection with the beauty of their own heart.
Nikki is experienced with Italian folk medicine practices and has a wide assortment of energy healing and metaphysical knowledge.
