Welcome welcome! Come and connect with community and self through the beautiful and potent practices of sound and meditation. Allowing whatever is present to be there - as it is.
With a strong focus on grounded connections in our local community, come and remember the greater depth of relationship that we all crave, all heightened through powerful practices.
We will drop in together, connect to the breath, and set intentions to embody under the portal of the full moon. Full moons are a powerful time in the Lunar cycle, as a lot of the energy that has been laying dormant comes to the surface to be witnessed and alchemised.
Let us dive into ourselves to retrieve the gold that is waiting for us all and walk into the next cycle of our lives feeling rested, clear and willing.
Event details:
Old Union Chapel, Angaston
4:30pm start (Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled for a smooth transition into the experience)
The experience runs for 90 minutes with breathing room for what wants to come through.
What to bring:
Yoga mat or cushions (or both)
Blankets if you wish to get super comfy
(Whatever keeps you comfy on the floor)
Comfy clothes
Water

There will be some herbal tea options available also
