The February Full Moon is traditionally known as the Snow Moon: a time when the natural world is in its deepest state of hibernation. In this session, we mirror that external quiet by journeying toward the stillness within.
To allow for complete surrender and release, you will be guided into a fully supported restorative posture. This pose is curated to be accessible to all bodies, using props to cradle the physical self so the mind can finally drift. As you settle into stillness, the experience will be enhanced by:
Aromatic Ritual: Carefully selected therapeutic-grade essential oils to ground the nervous system and open the breath.
Guided Meditation: To quiet the mind and prepare for the vibrations
Deep Vibrational Healing: A curated soundscape of crystal bowls and grounding tones designed to "wash" away tension and mental noise.
