Join Jeny Dawson of Zen Soul Balance for an immersive Full Moon Sound Healing experience at Sacred Sound of the Soul, the Crystal Tones Temple in Encinitas, CA.

October’s Full Moon is traditionally known as the Harvest Moon, a time associated with gratitude, abundance, reflection, and gathering the fruits of what we’ve cultivated. As the seasons shift, this Full Moon invites us to pause, honor what has come to fruition, release what is no longer needed, and make space for what’s next.

Surrounded by hundreds of crystals and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls illuminated by the Full Moon’s glow, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other healing instruments.

What You May Experience

Every sound healing experience is unique. You may experience:

• Deep relaxation and stress relief
• A calmer, clearer mind
• Greater grounding and balance
• Emotional and mental renewal
• Meditation and inner reflection
• Visualizations, inspiration, or moments of insight

There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to carry you into deep relaxation.

Beginner-friendly and open to all levels. No prior experience is necessary.

What to Bring

Yoga mats and blankets are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, along with any additional comfort items such as a cushion, bolster, or eye pillow.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled. Doors will be locked at 5:00PM to maintain a peaceful environment once the experience begins.

After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay and explore the beautiful Alchemy Singing Bowls—whether you’d like to learn how to play them, experience their unique sounds, or simply admire their beauty. Jeny will be available to answer questions, share her knowledge, and help you discover the bowls and sounds that resonate with you.
