Full Moon Sound Healing and Guided Meditation

Join us for the last Full Moon of 2024, in Gemini!

This full moon is bring healing and regeneration from some challenges we have undergone this year. Under this powerful full moon, we are invited to release what is no longer seriving us. Jackie will share Astrological Insights for the Full Moon and participants will be invited to write down what they are ready to release and how they are ready to EXPAND. At the end of the event, we will be using fire to symbolize our release.

Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful enviroment.

Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intution, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit.

No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are and if you can, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.

📍If you can, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets. A few will be provided at the space.
