Full Moon Sound Circle – Cleansing Sounds*Relax. Release. Rejuvenate.*
For our January Full Moon Sound Circle, we are collaborating with special guest Kathy Ladyka, sound practitioner. We invite you to step into a Sound Escape —an hour-long journey designed to gently guide your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest. Through the ancient vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, you’ll be supported in releasing stress, clearing stagnant energy, and reconnecting with the quiet peace within.
Sound and vibration move powerfully through the body—right down to the cellular level—making this Full Moon gathering an ideal time for cleansing, renewal, and intention. Allow the subtle frequencies to slow you down, soften your mind, and restore balance as you are held in sound and community.
This offering is facilitated by @Kathy Ladyka, a sound practitioner with over eight years of experience and extensive international training, including study in England, the United States, and Nepal with a third-generation Tibetan bowl master.
