This FULL MOON SOUND BATH Meditation Event is going to be an out-of-this-world Experience.

Come to set your monthly intentions and join Anthony Profeta for a very special Sound Bath that is going to include SINGING BOWLS, GONGS, & other relaxing instruments and sounds.

A full moon doesn't only have some very profound effects on our planet - such as controlling our tides, and animal behavior - it also has a powerful effect on people. For some, it energizes them, while for others, it brings out a very different person from who they are normally. Many traditions say that it is possible to harness the energy of the moon for our spiritual practice. In fact, because the moon's light is reflective, for centuries the full moon has been a time for contemplation & reflection - and therefore considered a sacred time for meditation.

Meditation performed around the time of full moon is especially powerful If:

You want to release things from your life or you want to let go of old negative emotions, ways of thinking, and all which is no longer serving you.

D ESCRIPTION:

If you are new to a "Sound Bath" Meditation it is a very therapeutic form of meditation because as sound waves "wash over your body", they move the brain into the more relaxed alpha & theta brainwave states.

Sound meditations are wonderful for all types of meditators but are especially good for beginners because the tones & frequencies give the mind something to hold onto. And so, the sounds of the singing bowls, instruments, etc... helps to cut through the mental chatter and quiet the mind.

Additionally, according to some traditions, these specific tones corollate with the body's seven energy centers. And therefore, these vibrations can help to bring the energetic body back into alignment and balance.

Join us as meditation teacher, Anthony Profeta, uses the sounds of Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other instruments to wash away our stress, fill us with inner peace, and allow us the opportunity to bring healing to your body, mind & soul.
