The full moon has long been honored as a sacred time for reflection, letting go, and beginning again. And this Sunday’s full moon is especially powerful — a Blue Moon, the second full moon of the month.

We’ll begin indoors with a guided Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation, allowing the healing vibrations to quiet the mind, relax the body, and guide you into a deeper meditative state.
