This evening will blend breathwork, sound healing, and meditation to help you release and reset under the moon’s guiding energy. The Full Hunter Moon calls us to reflect on what we’ve gathered and prepare to move forward. As the vibrations of sound wash over you and your breath connects with the rhythm of the moon, you’ll find a deeper sense of peace and grounding.
