The full moon is a good time to release that which no longer serves you and embrace new things into your life. We begin with a brief guided meditation and then relax as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The sound bath begins at 7:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
