A Full Moon sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience, a time often associated with heightened energy, release, and reflection. During a sound bath, participants lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks.The purpose of a Full Moon sound bath is to promote relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment, taking advantage of the full moon’s symbolic power to let go of what no longer serves and set intentions for renewal. It’s often used as a spiritual or wellness practice to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. It is HIGHLY recommended that participants bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc to ensure comfortability during our session 🙂
