During the session, participants lie down while being bathed in the resonant sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. The vibrations help clear blockages, promote emotional healing, and enhance self-awareness. It’s a time for reflection on goals and intentions, releasing what no longer serves, and embracing personal growth. The full moon’s energy amplifies the therapeutic effects, supporting deep relaxation and transformation.It is HIGHLY recommended that participants bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc to ensure comfortability during our session 🙂
