The vibrations from the sound bowls soothe the mind and body so that you can release stress and welcome inner peace and harmony. No meditative experience is needed. Come as you are and receive the self care that you deserve.

Bring blankets, pillows, yoga mat, and an eye pillow so you can be cozy laying on the floor. We will also have extras of these items.
