Join Aleigha Gudat to release what no longer serves you and surrender to the magical vibrations of sound healing.Each sound bath starts off with an intuitively created practice to start off mindfully and powerfully.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses different frequencies to bring you into a state of deep meditation while increasing self-healing.
There are many tools utilized during these practices.
For this event, will be focusing on the seven chakra crystal singing bowls, horizon gong, element chimes, and drumming.
