$15- This class is for anyone who wants a chance to slow down, be quiet, and reset. No prior experience is needed. All mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound as April Bowman leads you through a gentle and restorative sound bath. We will start with a short breath exercise, then intention setting for the remaining half of the year. The full moon is a time for reflection. It is a time to let go of the things that no longer serve us, and to make space for what lies ahead. This will be followed by an immersive sound journey. You will be bathed in the resonant frequencies of quartz crystal bowls (and other instruments) designed to permeate the mind and body. You will melt into a relaxed state, bringing all systems back into balance. These sounds calm the nervous system and reduce stress. You will walk away feeling peaceful and relaxed.
