Full Moon Sound Bath

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you’ll rest comfortably while being guided by soothing sound frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, and chimes. The sounds help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for clarity, balance, and restoration.

You’ll be lying down or seated for most of the experience, so comfort is key.

• A yoga mat or something soft to lie on
• A blanket for warmth and coziness
• A water bottle to stay hydrated

Optional: pillow or eye mask for extra comfort.
