Full Moon Sound Bath

Under the pearlescent light of the Snow Moon, we gather to honor the deep stillness of winter - a time when the earth rests beneath its quiet covering and energy naturally turns inward.

The Full Moon often brings heightened sensitivity, as multiple layers of awareness become more accessible at once. This is a potent time for alchemy, reflection, and release.

The evening will begin with a nourishing dream tea, offering a moment to arrive and settle. From there, I’ll share a brief reflection on the Snow Moon and its seasonal wisdom. You’ll then be invited into 5–10 minutes of journaling, with space to let anything that’s ready to move through you land on the page - a simple way to clear the mind and soften the body. From this place of openness, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey, attuning to the subtle, gravitational energy of the moon and allowing its rhythm to carry you into rest.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and rest beneath the Snow Moon’s soft illumination.

Location - The Peoples Yoga SE (HAWTHORNE)

* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on and material to cover your eyes with. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
