Full Moon Sound Bath

Join me as the full moon rises over the Crystal Lake Lodge while the vibrations from the sound bath take you into deep states of relaxation.
About this Event

The Hunter Full Moon is called this due to the people in the North preparing for the coming winter. It is also known as a time of focus and perserverence, which is perfect for setting intentions for deep healing. The sound journey will start with a mini meditation and breathwork to prepare the body and mind for this sonic experience. As we listen to the frequencies from the beautiful sound healing instruments, the moon will be rising over Crystal Lake, inviting us to harvest the fruits of our labors and amplify our intentions.

I infuse sound healing and shamanic techniques into my sessions using Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, koshi and flow chimes, shamanic drumming and rainsticks.
Doors open at 6:40 and lock at 7:10. It is extremely important that you arrive early to set up. Park at the lot before the gate then go past the gate. The lodge is down the road to the left. Bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, eye pillow, blanket and anything else needed to lay on the floor for an hour. There are a few couches and chairs available as well.
