Full Moon Sound Bath

Spiritually, the full moon is a period of heightened energy and is seen as a period for reflection, release, and manifestation. This fall, celebrate and offer yourself (and/or a loved one) a Healing Vibrational Sound Bath experience on the following Thursdays at 7 pm:

Lynda Strong, owner of Imperial Serenity and Wellness, will conduct a chakra exploration and Healing Vibrational Sound Bath monthly in UUCW’s sanctuary. During this event, you can find deep inner peace through guided imagery and the vibrational healing properties of instruments such as the crystal singing bowl, drums, and chimes. This combination of safe and natural healing experiences will renew you for the month ahead.

The cost for each session is $15. Reserve your spot today! Walk-ins are welcome if space is available ($20 at the door and may require cash/check payment.)

Participants as young as 5 are welcome to join as long as they are able to sit or lie quietly for a period of time. Chairs are provided, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows if you prefer to lie on the ground for this experience. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring water to support yourself during this event.

PLEASE NOTE: Lynda assures you that vibrational sound healing is safe for everyone, but she does require those with a built-in medical device (such as a pacemaker or diabetes pump) to receive a doctor’s permission before taking part. All participants are responsible for their own healing and are welcome to remove themselves at any time if they become uncomfortable.
