Spiritually, the full moon is a period of heightened energy and is considered a period for reflection, release, and manifestation. Relax in the healing vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. Lynda Strong will be our guide.

Dress comfortably; floor mat, etc., optional. Online access is also available.

$20 if registered in advance; add $5 for walk-in.

NOTE from Lynda: Vibrational sound healing is safe for everyone, but those with a built-in medical device (such as a pacemaker or diabetes pump) need to receive a doctor’s permission before taking part.
