Join Sound Practitioner Audrey Uchimoto of Sound Baths by Aud for a deeply immersive Full Moon Sound Bath designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and internal reset.
The full moon is often associated with heightened emotion, reflection, and release. Through steady, coherent sound, this session creates space to slow down, clear mental noise, and reconnect to a more grounded and balanced internal state.
Using overtone rich instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes, Audrey guides participants through a structured sound experience that works directly on the body through vibration and resonance. As brain activity slows and the nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state, the body has greater access to rest, integration, and emotional processing.
This session may support:
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Release of stress and physical tension
• Mental clarity and emotional reset
• A greater sense of calm, balance, and internal coherence
What is Sound Healing and a Sound Bath?
Sound healing uses frequency and vibration to support the nervous system, relieve stress, and restore balance within the body and mind. During a sound bath, participants are immersed in harmonizing tones from crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. These frequencies gently slow brainwaves, guiding the body into a parasympathetic state where rest, integration, and emotional processing can occur. Many people leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored even after a single session.
