Full Moon Sound Bath at Timberline Flower Farm

During the 75 minute sound bath, you will experience the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, which will help to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. The mystical sounds of the creek offer a more immersive experience, allowing you to fully lose yourself in the healing sound waves. The vibrations created by the singing bowls can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote a sense of well-being.

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this Sound Bath is suitable for all levels. We invite you to join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, as you allow the healing power of sound to wash over you and bring you into a state of inner peace.

For the sound bath, I will use vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set.

Please wear cozy clothes, bring anything that might help you relax, and a yoga mat/blankets. We will provide eye pillows.
