This workshop will begin with a deep somatic lesson known as, Awareness Through Movement®. We will then embark on a trance-like drumming journey through your senses! In addition, this workshop will include coaching components, designed for those ready, willing and able to surrender-into the driver seat of their lives. We will reframe pain, trauma and discomfort with tangible tools to empower you as the expert on health, for you. Actionable steps will be shared on how to implement and activate a more embodied and fulfilling lifestyle, one step at a time.
