Upcoming: ✨Full Moon Sound Bath & Fire Release Ceremony
Join sound practitioner Michele Martone for a full moon sound bath & fire release ceremony at Ebb and Flow Yoga & Wellness Studio, (located inside Vive Fitness), in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The full moon is a powerful time to release, reflect, and reset. Let’s work with the energy of the full moon to let go of what no longer serves us. Register via the link below or on the Mindbody app.

This sound bath is meant to take you on a meditative sound journey using quartz crystal singing bowls and other various instruments. These healing sounds help us to release stress, anxiety, emotional blockages, and tension we may be holding within our energetic and physical bodies through their vibrational frequencies. You will leave restored with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the meditation to allow time for parking and check-in. No prior meditation experience necessary.
Here are a few things you can bring to make you more comfortable for this experience, (there are some extra mats available to borrow from the studio as well):
1. A yoga mat.
2. A blanket and pillow.
3. Water
4. An eye mask, (optional), if you want to block out all light.
5. Any crystals to charge and meditate with.
6. Dress comfortably so you can fully relax!
7. Feel free to DM me on Instagram @bowlsofsound if you have any questions.
