SoulRhythms is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself and experience the power of conscious dance.
Through freeform movement, supported by an inspired and evocative soundscape, we journey into the rhythms of the soul — moving with presence, attunement, and raw expression.
This experience is an unfolding.
A space where your inner world can be felt and expressed—where movement takes shape in a way that feels natural and true to you. At times it may feel energising and expansive… at others, slow and subtle.
Each step, sway, pulse, and moment of stillness offers a chance to tune in more deeply, allowing us to feel, reconnect and expand into the infinite language of the body.
Under the full moon, we gather to move, to feel, and to come home to ourselves.

Alcohol free, drug free and smoke free event.
Date: Sunday 31st of May, 3:30pm-5:15pm (doors shut at 3:40pm no entry after then)

Please bring a water bottle, turn off phones and remove shoes before entering the dance floor.
No mobile phones, no photography, no Shazam, be present in the space, as others will with you.
This event is an adult safe zone and not suitable for kids, (16+) This is your time to process, recoup and resource the body, heart and mind so you can turn up for your loved ones with a full cup.
Cancellation Policy - Refund is available up to 24hr before the event after which there are no refunds, however you may transfer you spot to another person.

About the facilitator:
Patricia is a mother, dancer, yoga and meditation teacher. She has been practicing mindful movement and conscious dance for over 10 years. Together with her husband, Theva Indrasenan, they run Dancing Dhevas Conscious dance classes, workshops and retreats. Patricia is a certified Open Floor Teacher, Open Floor Movement practice offers a dynamic, creative tool kit of resources to move through life, fully embodied; it uses the universal language of dance and mindfulness for self discovery, connection and healing.

Open Floor is a resource-based movement practice. We explore new ways of moving and responding to what is happening with intention and purpose. We learn to understand our habits and patterns for deeper insight and self-awareness. The more we embody different responses in our movements, the more resources we can call on to move through life with flexibility, resilience and ease.
