π Full Moon September Sound Bath π

π Sunday 27th September β’ 11am β12.15pm π
On the morning after the Full Moon, this is an invitation to pause, breathe, and step away from the busyness of everyday life.
The Full Moon has long been associated with illumination, fullness and release β a moment to notice what has come into view, what has reached its fullness, and perhaps what we are ready to lay down.
Gathering while the Moon is still beautifully full, this Sunday morning offers a simple opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and rest.
Whether or not you follow the moon's cycles, this gathering offers a simple opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and rest.
Held within the rich vibrations of symphonic and planetary gongs, woven with the soulful sounds of the Native American flute, stillness and silence, this is a space to simply receive. A chance for body, mind and nervous system to soften into deep rest.
No experience is needed β only a willingness to slow down.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
Afterwards, we'll gather for a gently spiced tea and a homemade treat before stepping gently back into the day.
Β£18 per person
Advance booking is appreciated.

"Alexandra is a highly experienced, sensitive and intuitive practitioner. We had never experienced a gong bath before and this was an amazing day. We came away feeling completely relaxed and 'in tune'. It is extremely healing and beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone, for any reason."
A few gentle notes...
Sound baths are not suitable for anyone who has had major surgery within the last six weeks, experiences epilepsy or seizures, or is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear hearing aids, please switch them off during the session. If you have any concerns about whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before booking.
