Full Moon Salutations & Soup with Hilary Westlake

Celebrate December’s Super Full Moon — one of only three in 2025 — with a calming and grounding yoga practice led by Hilary.
This lunar-inspired session blends gentle, flowing movement with meditative breathwork, helping you connect with the rhythms of nightfall and the winter season. Practising under a Super Moon makes the experience feel especially potent, amplifying reflection, release, and renewal.
Held in our softly lit studio, with the log fire glowing and fairy lights twinkling, this magical evening practice will leave you feeling balanced, restored, and nourished.
Afterwards, enjoy a homemade bowl of vegetarian / gluten-free soup with crusty bread, served with tea or an Americano. Optional desserts will be available to purchase on the day for those wanting something sweet, and barista coffees can also be purchased at an additional charge. Weather permitting, soup and drinks can be savoured outside under blankets and candlelight, with the moon and stars above.
