Join us November 5th 5:30pm on the rooftop at Harbourside Place for an all levels Vinyasa Flow. We will close class with a 10-15 minute sound bath shavasana under the moon light. On this night we celebrate the Beaver Full Moon. This moon represents a time for reflecting on what has been built, securing resources for the coming winter (both physically and emotionally), and embracing a sense of stability and comfort.
