As the radiant Buck Moon rises just days before Lughnasadh, we gather in sacred community to honor the strength we've cultivated, the wisdom we've gained, and the abundance beginning to unfold in our lives.

Named for the season when deer grow new antlers, the Buck Moon is a symbol of renewal, resilience, and developing inner strength. Standing on the threshold of Lughnasadh the first harvest festival we're reminded that before we receive a new harvest, we must release what no longer serves us and recognize the growth that has already taken root within us.

Our evening will begin with a warm welcome and an exploration of the spiritual themes of this Full Moon before we cast our sacred circle by calling the four directions. Through guided breathwork and grounding meditation, we'll settle into the present moment and prepare ourselves for the work ahead.

Together, we'll raise the energy with a rhythmic community drum circle, allowing the steady beat to awaken our spirits and connect us more deeply with one another and the Earth.

This month's featured activity invites you to create your own personal bind rune a unique Norse-inspired symbol woven from runes that represent your intentions, strengths, and personal journey. You'll then paint your bind rune onto a smooth river stone using metallic markers, creating a beautiful talisman that symbolizes anchoring your strength into the Earth while allowing it to continue growing and evolving.

Once our stones are complete, we'll place them together on a shared altar, creating a collective display of resilience, intention, and community before each participant takes their stone home as a reminder of the strength they carry within.

We'll close our evening by thanking the four directions, releasing the circle, and offering a final blessing as we carry the energy of the Buck Moon and the approaching harvest season into the weeks ahead.
