🌕 Full Moon in Aries: Release & Reclaim 🌕
Join us for an evening of reflection, release, and deep restoration beneath the fiery energy of the Full Moon in Aries. We are celebrating 2 days "late" due to Kenzie and Brian being out of town over the weekend!
The Full Moon invites us to illuminate what has been building beneath the surface and release what we're ready to leave behind. Aries brings our attention back to the self—our desires, boundaries, courage, and the parts of ourselves that may have been quieted to keep the peace or meet the expectations of others.
Together, we'll explore the themes this moon brings forward through gentle discussion, journaling prompts, and guided reflection. We'll look at where fear, self-doubt, frustration, people-pleasing, or old patterns may be holding us back and create space to reconnect with our confidence, inner fire, and ability to move forward with intention.
Following our ritual, you'll be invited to settle into a restorative sound bath designed to help move and integrate the energy we've explored, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself. Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to support release, grounding, and deep relaxation.
No experience is necessary—everyone is welcome.
Please bring:
✨ A yoga mat or comfortable cushion to lie on
✨ Moon water made the night before
✨ A water bottle
✨ A journal or notebook and a pen
✨ Anything else that helps you feel comfortable while lying on the floor
Whether you're ready to release fear, strengthen your boundaries, reconnect with your confidence, or simply give yourself space to rest and reflect, this gathering offers a supportive place to let go of what has been dimming your fire.
Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and empowered to move forward with courage, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
This event is held at the Endcap Market & Studio at 359 Division Ave S Grand Rapids MI 49505. Maps will bring you to the front of the building, but there is parking located in the back off of Wealthy St just East of Division. Please utilize the back parking lot. If you are in need of handicap access, please inform one of us before your arrival and park in the front. This event will be limited to 10 guests. Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation. If 24 hours is not given, it is possible you may not receive a refund.
