Cacao to get your energy currents swirling, your mood lifted, your vitality flowing, followed by gentle movement to wake up your physical body, a full breathwork session complete with the shamanic sounds & vibes of Sarah & Elizabeth, then soaking in the after-bliss with DOUBLE Tibetan bowls- Sarah & Elizabeth's signature soundhealing Duet. This is a total recipe for BLISS!
We conclude right before lunch so you can go and ground with a hearty meal.

You’ll be safely guided by breathwork facilitators Sarah & Elizabeth, then lulled into a blissful relaxation with the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowls.
During the breathwork you'll experience Sarah and Elizabeth's voice guiding you, hands on touch to support (optional), Reiki energy, intuitive healing and use of instruments such as the frame drum and rainstick followed by the Tibetan bowls and Koshi chimes during the relaxation & integration.
