ENERGY ANATOMY: The layout of the energy flow within your being. This is a day immersion to learn How to work with your Energy to enhance your health, happiness & direction in life. You are so much MORE than your physical body. You are a shapeshifting, infinite, powerful, self-healing vortex of ENERGY. And when you can tap into that, feel it, sense it, know it and work with it, life becomes even more fuller, enjoyable and rich with possibility.
Immerse yourself in the subtle realms, working with your incredibly magical, intelligent and wise energy body.
During this day you will:
- Experience the sensation and elevation of your energy through Qigong, Kundalini yoga & meditation
- Explore the parallels between Qigong & Yoga philosophy in terms of energy channels, meridians, nadis, chakras & energy centres
- Learn about the key energy centres of the body and how to work with them to enhance your quality of life
-Receive an introduction to energy & life force from an Ayurvedic perspective
- (Most importantly) Understand how to apply this wisdom to your everyday life and amplify your energy levels & wellness.

- Qigong
- Kundalini Yoga
- Meditation
- Breath practices (Pranayama)
- Tibetan bowl Soundhealing
- Workshops & Theory
- Journaling & reflection
- Take home notes
- Refreshments, herbal tea & nibbles provided
What to bring:
- Your lunch (Or grab something yummy at a nearby cafe on the lunch break)

Who are we?
Sarah Beale & Jason Mackenzie, partners who have discovered that there are wonderful connections between both Qigong & Yoga and are passionate about sharing the benefits of these practices.
Sarah has been teaching yoga classes and workshops for 11 years. She teaches Kundalini, Yin, Ashtanga, Hatha and Pregnancy Yoga. Sarah was the owner of Wellness Sanctuary yoga studio on Hospital Hill, and now teaches in different studios across Hawkes Bay. A total wellbeing enthusiast, Sarah also makes intuitive essential oil blends and she is a Breathwork facilitator, Reiki healer & Soundhealer. Always creating something for spiritual and wellness seekers to enjoy, you will find her at festivals, leading retreats & getting involved with most things Yoga & Qi related.
Jason Mackenzie is a Qigong practitioner & meditator of 9 years, a father of 4, a permaculture & biodynamic gardener, builder and all round practical man, passionate about living a wholesome, meaningful life. Jase teaches community Qigong classes in Haumoana & Te Awanga & has begun offering nourishing workshops in the bay with Sarah.
