Join yoga teacher Lisa Allan for two blissful hours of restorative yoga at the time of the full moon in the lead-up to Christmas. This session is designed to deeply nurture your nervous system, inviting rest, rejuvenation and reset. Practicing with the full moon could heighten your yogic experiences and as the moon reaches its potential and completes a cycle, you will be invited to reflect on what this means for you, in your life. During our time together, you will journey through a series of āsana (poses) that are beautifully supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks, as needed. You are welcome to bring along a journal to help process any thoughts that might arise, or you can simply soften into the shapes and see where they take you. All gear is provided but please bring a small towel or scarf along with you.
Lisa has been offering yoga for over twenty years and is passionate about creating nurturing spaces for people to restore themselves in.
