This Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation session will help you tap into the illuminating energy of the Full Moon in Aries, offering a chance to slow down, reflect, and set clear goals for your life, career, and relationships.

• 🌕 Full Moon in Aries: Learn about the significance of the Supermoon and how it supports internal reflection and goal-setting. Let the light of the moon guide you toward clarity.
• 🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga: A gentle practice designed to support your body and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to fully relax and restore.
• 🔮 Guided Meditation: Reflect on your motivations and goals in life as you are guided through a meditation designed to amplify the Full Moon’s energy.
• ✨ Free Bonus Reiki: Optional Reiki healing available during the meditation. Opt-in with a yes/no coin provided in the studio.
• 🕯️ Altar Ambiance: The studio will be transformed with a sacred altar filled with candles, crystals, oracle cards, and more. Bring a special item to add to the altar and take home afterward.

• Opening Ceremony (30 min): Michelle will welcome you to the class, introduce the energy of the Full Moon, and explain the props we’ll use to ensure your body is fully supported for deep relaxation.
• Restorative Yoga & Meditation (45 min): Cat will lead you through gentle seated movements and restorative yoga poses. During the guided meditation, Michelle will offer optional Reiki healing to those who wish to receive it, while cleansing the space with Palo Santo.
• Closing Ceremony (15 min): The session will end with the calming vibrations of singing bowls and drums, allowing participants to leave in silence, grounded and fully present.
