Full Moon Reset is a hybrid class of movement, meditation, and mindful rest. This session will be broken into three parts, beginning with a moon salutation and slow movements to promote grounded energy. Then, we move to the floor for Yin-style deep stretching. During this portion, meditation will be offered with optional journal prompts. We will end the class in restorative postures, using props to support the physical body while being serenaded by a soundbath of instruments including flutes, chimes, gongs, and crystal singing bowls.
