Full Moon Reset is a hybrid class of movement, meditation, and mindful rest. We begin with slow-moving moon salutations, keeping the heart rate low and steady. This is followed by Yin-style deep stretching. During this portion of the class, meditation/journal prompts will be spoken to you. Class ends with supported restorative postures, while being bathed in the sounds of flutes, chimes, gongs, and crystal singing bowls.
