Join me for a deeply restorative sound bath designed to refresh your mind, calm your spirit, and align your energy. This experience begins with a gentle guided meditation and breathing exercises to help you release tension and ease into the present moment.
As you settle in, soothing sound vibrations will envelop you. From the pure, harmonious tones of my Crystal Quartz sound bowls to the ethereal melodies of koshi chimes, the rhythmic pulse of the ocean drum, and the calming flow of water chimes, this immersive soundscape will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and serenity.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat (required) for your comfort during the session.
Optional: A blanket and pillow for extra coziness (as sound meditation can lower blood pressure and may leave you feeling a little cool).
Anything else that enhances your relaxation—such as a water bottle, a journal, or your favorite comfort item.
No experience is necessary—you are warmly welcomed just as you are, ready to relax and receive.

Metered parking is available in areas surrounding the building. This event space is located in the Historic East Village at the Teachout building, on the 3rd floor above Wooly's. You will enter the door with a 500 on it, and then you will go straight to the stairs. There is also an elevator to the right before you hit the stairs if you would like to take that to the 3rd floor.
Important notes:
Please come at least 5 minutes before the starting time to allow yourself to get comfortable and situated, and to limit distractions once the Sound Bath has started.
Refund Policy: Reservations are non refundable, however there is an option to transfer your ticket to someone else with prior notification. In the event I am unable to facilitate the sound bath, or there is inclement weather full refunds will be provided.
